No. Once snowfall reaches 2 cm we head out automatically. Your property is already on the route, and you'll get an email or text when it's cleared.
How fast do you clear after a snowfall?+
Our completion target is within 12 hours after the snowfall ends. Severe weather or extreme cold can delay clearing for crew safety; service resumes when conditions allow.
What if I'm away for the winter?+
That's one of the best reasons to sign up. We clear whether you're home or not, so your property never looks empty and your walk stays safe.
When does billing start?+
Monthly seasonal billing starts when the winter season begins, not when you sign up. Listed prices are subject to GST.
Are walkways included?+
Driveway clearing is included in the listed price. Add a standard walkway plus the steps to your front door for $10 per month.
Do you offer one-time clearing?+
Yes — we take one-time and emergency storm clearing when our seasonal routes allow. Send a quote request with the date and we'll confirm availability and price.
